I just loved running around in it! Worst Thing About It: The helmet wouldn't stay put A Few Words:I drew my inspiration from all those cheesy 60's sci-fi series. (Which is where the helmet came from. They always had corny helmets in the 60's sci-fi shows!) Since metallics were big too we chose gold and it evolved from there. Here's the incredible part: I helped! I painted the salad bowl. Yep, all those cheesy gold stars and the gold rims were done by me. Amazing things never cease...It was really difficult to keep the ears standing up. The idea was inspired by those boingy headbands in the 80's, but they kept wanting to flop. Yumi even drilled holes in the bowl! After 3 days of trial and error she managed to get it to work! Yay Yumi! Reason For Choosing:Well, I wasn't sure what to do at first when we talked about doing Kitty girls. A few ideas were tossed around, but I couldn't figure anything out. Then I came up with the idea of doing an alien Kitty which seemed cool cuz I luv sci-fi shows.
